








Intermediate Sessions! Learn more, laugh more, play more, with ease and flow! Topics include - isolations, advanced breaks, graceful chest hooping, faster and bigger lifts, choreography, and more! Intermediate has less structure than the beginner, which means more time for finding YOUR flow! Each we work on a set of moves that progress from beginner to advanced, and decide individually which we'd like to play with! There's lots of time for rocking out, blind folded hooping, and coaching on any move you'd like to learn! What's intermediate? Hooping on the waist while moving arms and feet (at the same time), hooping while walking without hesitation, comfortable with hand hooping, in front of the body and overhead, comfortable with 1-handed lifts, and at least awkward chest hooping :).
